• 1–3+ years of experience in construction estimation or similar fields.
• Excellent plan-reading ability with high attention to detail for pricing.
• Proactive communicator with confidence in cold-calling and following up leads to nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Quoting & Estimation: Manage B2B, commercial, civil, builder and strata inquiries; conduct takeoffs and propose value‑engineered solutions.
• Customer nurturing & sales support: Follow up quotes, handle inquiries, overcome objections, and guide clients toward favorable commercial outcomes.
• Project handover & setup: Set up won projects, issue PO's, finalize subcontractor rates, contracts, and hand off to site execution.
