Job summary

DGH Engineering in Townsville invites an experienced Estimator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will develop detailed cost estimates for site and fabrication SMP work scopes and support project bids with precision.

You will review drawings and specifications, coordinate with project managers and site supervisors, and seek cost-saving opportunities while maintaining schedule discipline and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator.
• Trade or tertiary qualification in engineering.
• Proficient in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• Experience with CAD programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and time management.
