Job summary

Nutrend Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking Sales and Production Estimators to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established, family-owned builder in a supportive and professional environment.

As part of our estimating team, you will work alongside experienced Senior Estimators and assist with a range of estimating tasks across both sales and construction, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a residential estimating role.
• Experience using Constructor estimating software.
• Understanding of the new home construction process from start to finish.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nutrend Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking Sales and Production Estimators to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established, family-owned builder in a supportive and professional environment.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are positive, flexible, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong passion for accuracy in residential construction estimating. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves daily interaction with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members.

Location: Sunshine Coast Head Office

The Role

As part of our estimating team, you will work alongside experienced Senior Estimators and assist with a range of estimating tasks across both sales and construction.

Responsibilities

• Sales and construction estimating
• Preparing detailed specification and costing documents
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Assisting with cost control and project budgeting
• Supporting Senior Estimators with day-to-day estimating tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a residential estimating role

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets

• Local industry experience on the Sunshine Coast
