Bunnings Warehouse is hiring for Frame & Truss manufacturing team members at our Sydney-based centres. You will assemble timber framing using modern tools to ensure Australian standards are met, in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience in Frame & Truss manufacturing or carpentry.
• Strong timber construction knowledge and safe tool use.
• Ability to read plans and production documentation.

For these roles previous Frame & Truss or Carpentry experience is preferred.

For those who are 18 and above we provide a payrate of $30.15 for this role.

In the Bunnings Frame & Truss centres, we continue our long history of servicing the needs of Australian trades. In this role you will be assembling Timber Framing with use of the latest tools to ensure our Frame & Trusses are manufactured to Australian standards.

Who we're looking for:

We're seeking experienced Frame & Truss manufacturing team members, carpenters, or trade-qualified individuals who take pride in producing quality work safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll contribute to the production of timber frames and trusses while working as part of a high-performing team. We're looking for people who can bring their industry knowledge, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality from day one.

You'll need:

• Previous Frame & Truss manufacturing experience, carpentry experience, or a relevant building trade background
• Strong understanding of timber construction methods, building practices, and the safe use of tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret plans and production documentation (preferred)
• Proven ability to work safely in a manufacturing or construction environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement
