Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Estimating Manager (Electrical / Renewables) to lead nationwide project estimates for solar, wind and multi-disciplinary electrical infrastructure tenders. Based in Sydney or Brisbane, you will champion the estimating function with rigorous technical and commercial standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of dedicated experience in Electrical and Renewables estimating.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary infrastructure tenders.
• Deep knowledge of detailed engineering, planning and scheduling.
• Proficient with estimating databases and industry software.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive electrical estimates for large-scale renewable projects (Solar & Wind).
• Develop tender strategies, proactively identifying commercial risks and value-engineering opportunities.
• Oversee material take-offs, vendor submissions and RFIs for technical robustness and compliance.
• Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing estimators team.
• Manage estimating data, pricing models and post-submission clarifications.
