Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an Espresso Machine Technician & Warehouse Operations Assistant to diagnose problems, test and upgrade commercial espresso machines, and ensure equipment leaves the workshop in peak condition.

The role blends hands-on machining with warehousing activities, including picking, packing, dispatch, stock control and occasional installations, deliveries and service work. Training will be provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in repairing and maintaining espresso machines.
• Current Australian driver’s licence is required.
• Forklift and First Aid qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Full technical training will be provided to the right person.

Responsibilities

• Testing and commissioning commercial espresso machines.
• Installing technical upgrades, modifications and enhancements.
• Diagnosing faults and assisting with repairs.
• Following detailed testing procedures to ensure machines meet performance standards.
• Learning the operation and functionality of a range of premium commercial espresso equipment.
• Providing technical support and advice when required.
• Picking, packing and dispatching machines and spare parts.
• Receiving incoming goods and coordinating freight.
• Maintaining stock control and warehouse organisation.
• Occasionally assisting with deliveries, installations and service work.
