Qualifications

• Experience in electrical services desirable, and servicing coffee machines is a bonus.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Proficient with hand tools and diagnostic testing equipment.
• Good understanding of hydraulic and water systems and electrical components.
• Knowledge of spare parts and inventory management is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Team player with a positive attitude and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform repairs using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Carry out routine maintenance and preventative servicing for peak performance.
• Replace worn components including pumps and electrical parts.
• Care for workshop tools and ensure they are returned after use.
• Stay updated with business platforms and relevant systems.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and well maintained.
• Maintain knowledge of all current coffee machines and services.
