Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an Espresso Machine Technician & Warehouse Operations Assistant to diagnose problems, test and upgrade commercial espresso machines, and ensure equipment leaves the workshop in peak condition.

The role blends hands-on machining with warehousing activities, including picking, packing, dispatch, stock control and occasional installations, deliveries and service work. Training will be provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in repairing and maintaining espresso machines.
• Current Australian driver’s licence is required.
• Forklift and First Aid qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Full technical training will be provided to the right person.

• Installing technical upgrades, modifications and enhancements.
• Diagnosing faults and assisting with repairs.

• Receiving incoming goods and coordinating freight.
• Maintaining stock control and warehouse organisation.

We're looking for a motivated Espresso Machine Technician & Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team.

This is primarily a technical, hands-on workshop role where you'll learn to test, upgrade, commission, troubleshoot and prepare commercial espresso machines before they're installed in cafés throughout Australia. Warehousing and logistics activities form part of the role, but your main focus will be ensuring our equipment leaves the workshop operating at the highest standard.

Your Mission

Every machine that leaves our facility represents our reputation.

Your role will focus on:

• Testing and commissioning commercial espresso machines
• Installing technical upgrades, modifications and enhancements
