Working with business stakeholders and technical teams, the role designs, implements and supports ERP solutions, resolves complex issues, and contributes to the ongoing evolution of the ERP environment.

Job description

The ERP Technology Specialist provides technical expertise to administer, support, enhance and continually improve the Bureau’s ERP platforms and associated technologies. This includes supporting business-as-usual services, system enhancements, integrations, upgrades and project initiatives to ensure ERP services remain secure, reliable and aligned with business needs.

Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, functional specialists, vendors and technical teams, the role designs, implements and supports practical ERP technology solutions. It resolves complex technical issues, contributes to platform improvement, and supports the ongoing evolution of the Bureau’s ERP environment.
