Senior Business Systems Specialist - GRC

The Senior Business Systems Specialist is responsible for providing specialist expertise, technical leadership, and strategic oversight of the Bureau's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform and associated business processes. The role works closely with business stakeholders, risk owners, governance teams, vendors, and technology teams to ensure the platform effectively supports the Bureau's risk management, compliance, assurance, and governance objectives.

The position plays a key role in the administration, configuration, enhancement, and continual improvement of the Protecht platform, ensuring it remains aligned with organisational requirements, industry best practice, and evolving business needs. The role is responsible for leading solution design, platform optimisation, reporting, integrations, and capability uplift initiatives to maximise the value delivered through the Bureau's investment in governance, risk, and compliance technologies. The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and platform expertise with the ability to lead complex initiatives, influence decision-making, and deliver sustainable business outcomes across technical and non-technical domains.
