Job summary
Stratco is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to become the key custodian of our ERP and enterprise applications, supporting manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, retail and corporate functions across Australia.
This role goes beyond a traditional help desk: you will analyze complex issues, drive performance improvements, assist with upgrades and integrations, and partner with stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting ERP or enterprise systems.
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Experience with integrations, data loads or SQL-based tech.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex ERP and enterprise application issues.
- Partner with business leaders to improve processes and system performance.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
- Assist with system configuration and testing.
- Contribute to projects that modernise Stratco's technology landscape.
