Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking an Application Support Analyst to keep our ERP and related apps running smoothly behind the scenes, solving problems for users and enabling teams across Australia and New Zealand. You will be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team where your ideas are valued and your development is encouraged.

You’ll provide support for Pronto Xi, assist with testing and deployments, and work with Development, IT and business units to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in application support and systems administration.
Familiarity with ERP systems; Pronto Xi is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
Able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated passion for learning and helping others.

Responsibilities

Providing application support and troubleshooting for Pronto Xi and other business systems.
Investigating and resolving user requests through Jitbit, Jira and Confluence.
Supporting testing, deployments and system improvements alongside our Development team.
Monitoring system integrations and helping resolve issues.
Creating user guides, documentation and training materials.
Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
