Job summary

Petstock is seeking an Application Support Analyst to keep our ERP and related apps running smoothly. You'll troubleshoot Pronto Xi, resolve user requests, and partner with stakeholders to drive improvements.

You will work with Jitbit, Jira, and Confluence, support testing and deployments, and help create user guides and training materials. A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
• Exposure to ERP systems, with Pronto Xi highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
• Collaborative approach and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Providing application support and troubleshooting for Pronto Xi and other business systems.
• Investigating and resolving user requests through Jitbit, Jira and Confluence.
• Supporting testing, deployments and system improvements alongside our Development team.
• Monitoring system integrations and helping resolve issues.
• Creating user guides, documentation and training materials.
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
