Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking an Application Support Analyst to keep our ERP and related apps running smoothly behind the scenes, solving problems for users and enabling teams across Australia and New Zealand. You will be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team where your ideas are valued and your development is encouraged.

You’ll provide support for Pronto Xi, assist with testing and deployments, and work with Development, IT and business units to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support and systems administration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Pronto Xi is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
• Able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated passion for learning and helping others.

Role Overview

Requirements

• Experience in Application Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
• Exposure to ERP systems, with Pronto Xi highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for learning, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed.
