Job summary

The Microbiomics Group in Braemar, NSW seeks a hands-on Warehouse/Production Associate to pick and weigh raw materials for production. You will record batches for traceability, receive and store inbound materials, and assist across packing and dispatch as needed.

This is a physical, on-site role requiring reliable transport and the ability to start at 6am. Applicants must have warehouse or factory experience, strong attention to detail, and full working rights in Australia.

• Pick and weigh raw materials against batch sheets.
• Stage materials for production and return unused stock.
• Record lot/batch numbers for traceability.

• Do cycle counts and stocktakes; flag low stock before a run stops.
• Keep the store and factory clean, tidy and compliant with WHS/food safety.

Job description

You'll pick, weigh and prepare raw materials for our production runs — making sure every batch has exactly the right ingredients, in the right quantities, with the paperwork to match. It's a small site, so you won't be locked into one station: expect to help out across production, packing and general warehouse work when the run demands it.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and weighing raw materials against batch sheets and production schedules
• Staging materials for production runs and returning unused stock correctly
• Recording lot/batch numbers for full traceability
• Receiving inbound raw materials, checking against POs, and putaway
• Cycle counts and stocktakes; flagging low stock before it stops a run
• Keeping the store and factory clean, tidy and compliant with WHS and food-safety requirements
• Pitching in across production, packing and dispatch as needed

About you

• Attention to detail that holds up under time pressure — weights and lot numbers have to be right, every time
• Comfortable with scales, basic maths and written batch documentation
• Warehouse, production or factory experience
• Physically fit; repetitive lifting and on your feet all day
• A willingness to jump on whatever the day needs
• Reliable transport to Braemar for a 6am start
• Full working rights in Australia
