Job summary

PNB Consolidated seeks an experienced ERP/EDI Analyst to align technology with business needs across the organisation. You will manage ERP projects, configure and test systems, and support Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse teams.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving to improve efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate holds a IT/IS/CS degree or equivalent experience, with strong ERP/EDI knowledge, data migration skills, and a proven ability to

We are seeking a skilled ERP/EDI Analyst to join our team and drive the alignment of business needs with technology solutions across the organisation. This role is central to ensuring our enterprise systems support strategic goals, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on problem solving, helping to elevate both business performance and customer experience through smart technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver ERP projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Configure, install, upgrade, and test ERP systems, including data migration and quality assurance.
• Analyse business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Provide dedicated ERP/EDI support to Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on implementation progress and issue resolution.
• Contribute to ERP architecture and development in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL environments, including SSRS reporting.
• Support business process re-engineering and ensure high-quality technical design.
• Build deep understanding of business operations to inform system enhancements.
• Research and advise on ERP-related risks and solutions.Lead EDI customer onboarding and resolve EDI-related issues.
• Interpret customer specifications and coordinate with EDI partners to implement tailored solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Background: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience in ERP and EDI solutions.
• Experience working with ERP and EDI solutions in manufacturing and supply chain environments, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.
• Proficiency in at least one ERP system tailored to manufacturing or distribution operations (SYSPRO, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems considered an advantage).
• Solid understanding of advanced warehouse operations, including license plates and lot traceability.
• Proven experience with EDI frameworks, messaging, and customer onboarding.
• Technical leadership in shaping ERP system strategy and architecture.
• Expertise in system and business process re‑engineering.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem-solving and innovation.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
