Job summary

New Plumbing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee national purchasing, replenishment, and master data accuracy. You will own demand planning, pricing maintenance, and governance to ensure reliable stock availability across the network.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI or similar, and a passion for AI/automation within inventory environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills; strong data analysis and BI reporting would be advantageous.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar supply chain or inventory role.
• Strong coordination and stock control capabilities, with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse inventory holdings, consumption and demand across the national warehouse network.
• Coordinate end-to-end purchase order activity including replenishment, urgent orders, tracking and delivery.
• Monitor stock availability, excess inventory, slow-moving and obsolete stock.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction issues.
• Maintain inventory and supply-chain master data within Odoo.
• Coordinate demand planning and forecasting with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain inventory, procurement and supply-chain reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, pricing, availability and POs.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve stock movements and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and automation.
• Support supply-chain projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Provide actionable analysis and recommendations to the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager.

About the role:

Reporting to the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and own allpurchasing and replenishment activities nationally, ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective acquisition of stocked goods. In this role you will also take ownership of master data accuracy, pricing maintenance, and purchasing governance to support reliable inventory availability.

Key Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

About You:

If you consider yourself a whiz with Excel, have an interest with AI, have experience with replenishment planning and master data accuracy within an inventory environment, and are looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!!

You will have:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Power BI or similar reporting/BI tools highly regarded.
• Strong inventory coordination and stock control capability
• Have an interest in AI and Automation in the workplace
• Be a team player with strong communication skills

Experience within utilities, construction, trade services, infrastructure or field service environments is highly regarded, however not required.
