Job summary

Knox City Council is seeking a dynamic Change Specialist to join the Strategy and Transformation Team. You will support the rollout of the Core Business Systems (ERP) program, starting with Technology One Finance, to modernise processes, improve data reporting and standardise ways of working across the organisation.

The role is permanent, with a hybrid work arrangement at Knox Civic Centre; 4 days a week part-time considered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Technology One solution and/or large scale finance ERP implementation will be an advantage.
• Practical experience in supporting large scale complex change management projects.
• Ability to fulfil a strategic change implementation role that initiates, supports and creates a difference.

Responsibilities

• Support the people and process change needed to successfully implement Technology One.
• Partner with the project team and stakeholders to prepare for change, build readiness and support adoption.
• Engage teams to understand impacts to processes, systems, data and ways of working as part of the Technology One Finance module rollout.
• Help manage change risks and stakeholder engagement.
