Qualifikationen
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- New graduate or RN with ED/Critical Care residency completion as applicable.
- Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 60 days.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 12 months.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course within 12 months.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months.
Aufgaben
- Deliver compassionate, high‑quality care and perform skilled procedures.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Document patient care and status using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate post-discharge needs.
