The University of Newcastle is seeking a Coordinator, Equity Pathways and Integrated Partnerships to drive equitable access and successful transitions for students. You will coordinate VET–higher education integration, articulation, credit arrangements and regional engagement across University Colleges, Schools and external partners.

You will lead governance and reporting, analyse participation data and ensure compliance with university policies, supporting low‑SES and First Nations student

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating equity pathways and partnerships in a complex organisation.
• Knowledge of tertiary pathways, articulation and credit arrangements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate equity pathway, participation, progression and student transition initiatives for low-SES and First Nations students.
• Build and maintain partnerships with TAFE NSW, VET providers, Colleges, Schools and University stakeholders.
• Oversee VET-to-higher education pathways implementation including articulation and dual-admission arrangements.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables.
