The University of Newcastle invites applications for a Coordinator, Equity Pathways and Integrated Partnerships at Callaghan Campus. This fixed-term, full-time role focuses on developing equitable VET–HE pathways and coordinating articulation, credit and dual-admission arrangements.

You will lead partnerships with TAFE NSW, regional partners and university stakeholders, monitor impact, and support governance and compliance to improve access and outcomes for low-SES and First Nations students.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects and coordinating initiatives in complex organisations.
• Knowledge of tertiary pathways, articulation and credit arrangements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collecting and analysing data to support evaluation.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach and commitment to educational equity.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate equity pathway, participation, progression and student transition initiatives for low-SES and First Nations students.
• Build and maintain partnerships with TAFE NSW, VET providers, Colleges, Schools and University stakeholders.
• Coordinate articulation, block credit and dual-admission arrangements.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, governance documents and maintain pathway records.
• Collect and analyse participation data and evaluation findings.
• Support compliance requirements and governance reporting.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress actions.
