Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence and willingness to drive long distances as part of role across the local health district.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manual handling principles.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy including word processing, email and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service for Short-Term Equipment Service (STES) clients.
• Assist with administration, maintenance, cleaning and delivery/pick-up of equipment.
• Support service operations and respond to client inquiries.
