Job summary

Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital is seeking support staff for the Emergency Department to ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use, in coordination with Hospital Biomedical Engineers. You will manage stores, maintain stock levels, and keep ordering databases up to date.

The hospital is undergoing a $440M redevelopment to create a new seven-storey Acute Services Building, with expanded services and opportunities for professional growth within the Southern NSW Local Health District.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Emergency Department (ED) staff by ensuring that all equipment within ED is maintained and ready for use in coordination with Hospital Biomedical Engineers.
• Ensure that stores are routinely ordered and that stock levels are maintained in an efficient and resourceful manner.
• Ensure ordering databases are maintained and kept up to date.
