Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Configuration Analyst to support the EPR system across the Trust's clinical services, including Meditech.

You will work with stakeholders to configure and enhance clinical workflows, document configuration builds, and ensure incidents are logged and resolved within an ITIL framework. This role offers development within a large NHS Trust and requires strong NHS knowledge and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Work with stakeholders to determine how clinical systems can be developed, configured and enhanced to meet workflows.
• Provide a help desk service for the clinical systems, logging and responding to requests promptly.
• Monitor, prioritise and act on calls from 1st/2nd line support, owning the call to resolution.
• Ensure incidents are logged in the incident management system and updated in a timely manner.
