Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Records Clerk to ensure accurate, complete and timely availability of patient records within the EDMS, PAS and EMIS systems. You will retrieve, prepare, scan, index and QA documentation in line with department procedures.

Join the Health Records Scanning Bureau and support digitisation of paper records, liaise with clinical and admin staff, and help maintain high data quality and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDMS, PAS and EMIS systems is a plus.
• Strong focus on data quality, confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve case notes from main library and Off-Site Storage as required.
• Prepare, index and scan documents into EDMS per department procedures.
• Sort, transport and archive health records following HS safety guidelines.
• Support quality assurance and record-keeping to maintain KPI targets.
