Job summary

Kaisercraft Pty invites Expressions of Interest for a casual Retail Sales Assistant at our potential new store in Blacktown. The role will be casual and the site will operate as a temporary location, focused on delivering excellent customer service and keeping the store well presented to showcase our product range.

You will open/close the store, assist with day-to-day operations, demonstrate product knowledge, replenish shelves, and support promotional and visual merchandising initiatives while

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• The ability to create a memorable experience and understand customer needs.
• A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products.
• Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative.
• Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends.
• Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System.

Kaisercraft are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from Retail Assistants for our potential new store in Blacktown!

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis, and the store will operate as a temporary site.

The Opportunity

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include:

• Opening and closing of the store
• Assisting with day-to-day store operations
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
• Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard
