Beaudesert State High School seeks a Human Resources Officer to provide operational HR support and advice, coordinating staff movements, recruitment and induction, timesheets, entitlements, payroll, leave, contracts and other HR processes in consultation with the Business Manager.
The role also reviews HR systems, monitors compliance with legislation and policies, and identifies efficiencies to support client-focused service delivery at the school.

This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

As the Human Resources Officer, you will provide operational support and advice to staff on a diverse range of human resource management matters, in consultation with the Business Manager, as well as coordinate and/or administer human resource processes and procedures, including staff movements, and respond to staff enquires regarding employee entitlements, enabling a responsive human resource service for the school.
Experience with TLM and compass is highly desirable.
