Job summary

Fundamental Worldwide is seeking passionate people to join our Sydney telefundraising team, working on campaigns for Greenpeace Australia Pacific, WWF-Australia and Forest & Bird New Zealand.

No fundraising experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are provided. You’ll speak with supporters, discuss causes, and encourage ongoing contributions to protect oceans, wildlife, forests and the planet.

Fundamental Worldwide is looking for passionate, confident people to join our Sydney telefundraising team, working across campaigns for some of Australia and New Zealand's leading environmental and conservation organisations.

You’ll work across campaigns for leading organisations including Greenpeace Australia Pacific, WWF-Australia and Forest & Bird New Zealand.

If you care about climate change, protecting our oceans, wildlife, forests and the future of our planet - this could be the role for you.

This isn’t your average call centre job.

You’ll speak with people who have already shown an interest in important environmental issues, have genuine conversations about the causes they care about, and inspire them to become regular supporters of the organisations working to create change.

You’ll be helping raise vital funds for campaigns tackling some of the biggest environmental challenges facing our planet.

You don’t need to be an environmental expert - and you don’t need previous fundraising experience.

We’re looking for people who genuinely give a damn about the planet and can bring that passion into a conversation.

You’ll be a great fit if you’re:

• Passionate about environmental and conservation issues
• Confident and comfortable speaking with different people
• A strong communicator and an even better listener
• Motivated, resilient and comfortable working towards targets
• Someone who wants their work to have a purpose
• Experienced in fundraising, sales, hospitality, customer service or call centres - although experience isn't essential

We’ll provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and everything you need to become a great fundraiser.

$32/hourly rate and uncapped bonus!
