Job summary

Diligence Fundraising Group in Sydney is recruiting people to join our face-to-face fundraising team. No experience required and daily training is provided. You will speak with people across Sydney, representing leading Australian charities, and learn to communicate confidently while selling ethically.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 10:30am–6:00pm, with weekends free and a clear pay structure including weekly commissions. Training and growth are emphasised in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience required.
• Daily training provided.

THE BASICS

Monday–Friday | 10:30am–6:00pm

$30–$40 per hour including super + weekly commissions

Approx. $1,400–$1,700+ per week earning potential

• No late-night closes.
• No weekend roster.
• No previous sales experience required.
