CPP is seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to join the Health, Safety & Environment team. You will work with project and construction teams across major transmission, substation and renewable energy projects to provide practical environmental guidance and manage obligations throughout delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Management or related field.
• 4–5 years' experience in environmental advisory/compliance in construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy or land rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, approvals and EMS.
• Experience in erosion and sediment control per IECA guidelines in construction.
• Experience developing and implementing Environmental Management Plans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure environmental obligations are maintained.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure works comply with the environmental management plan.
• Read and interpret Development Approvals, Environmental Impact Statements and related info to develop/modify EMPs.
• Ensure activities comply with specifications, codes, standards and environmental legal obligations.
