  • Vendor & partner management: engage vendors and manage support tickets and escalations.
  • Continuous improvement: enhance monitoring, logging, and governance; document best practices.

Role Purpose

The Non-Production Environment Manager is responsible for managing and supporting all testing environments (PTEST, STEST, VTEST) used for development, testing, training, and business-as-usual activities.

The Non-Production Environment Manager is responsible for managing and supporting all testing environments (PTEST, STEST, VTEST) used for development, testing, training, and business-as-usual activities.

  • Ready for testing and deployments
  • Quickly restored when issues occur

This person also coordinates issue triage, manages environment-related risks, and maintains knowledge of how various applications and systems work together.

  • Ensure all non-production environments are available, secure, and fit for purpose.
  • Manage and support test environments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor environment health, availability, and performance.
  • Coordinate environment setup and configuration for projects and testing activities.

Release & Deployment Management
