Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Sales Representative role based in Townsville, QLD. The Entry Sales Rep will engage with prospective and existing customers, provide information on home improvement products and services, and support customers in selecting solutions that meet their needs and budget. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and qualifying customers, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and processing sales orders accurately. The role also involves following up on inquiries, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and supporting promotional activities or showroom events. The Entry Sales Rep will collaborate with the local team to achieve sales targets, uphold high customer service standards, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
