Think Renewable, Sydney's Surry Hills HQ, is hiring for an Entry Level Solar Sales role with full training and WHV welcome. You’ll earn $34.76/hr + super, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions, with an OTE of $70,000–$95,000.

No direct sales experience required—the sales skills from retail will be your fast track to success. You’ll travel across Sydney, talk to homeowners about solar options, build rapport, hit daily targets with live coaching, and own your territory from week one.
