Think Renewable is expanding its Sydney sales team, seeking entrants who thrive on competition and coaching, and who are driven to perform at a high level.

Hitting Sydney suburbs every day with clear targets, a dedicated territory, and a team around you that refuses to drop its standard

Starting real conversations with homeowners and qualifying genuine interest in solar and battery solutions

Competing on live leaderboards every single day and using your data to push your performance forward

Receiving structured daily coaching from leaders who understand what it means to be coached properly and take it seriously

Taking full accountability for your numbers, your pipeline, and your own trajectory from week one

Progressing through a career structure that rewards output and absolutely nothing else
