Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on fieldwork is valued.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Valid driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on installations, repairs and maintenance across nbn technologies.
• Support customers in homes or businesses and explain steps clearly.
• Install copper or fibre cabling and set up customer equipment.
• Follow safety practices and use provided tools and equipment.
