Job summary

Amida Limited in Sydney's Liverpool area is seeking a Foreman to lead gyprock and plaster teams on residential projects. You will supervise crews, plan daily works, and ensure finishing standards meet project specs.

The 5-month contract requires 5–7 years experience in plaster work with supervisory background, strong WHS knowledge, and the ability to read drawings. NSW construction experience is preferred; a White Card is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years gyprock/plaster experience with 2–3 years in a supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of gyprock installation and finishing techniques.
• Proven experience leading construction teams.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• WHS legislation and site safety knowledge.
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and team coordination.
• Plan and schedule daily works and allocate resources.
• Manage productivity and ensure works stay on program.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and trades.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
• Implement health and safety procedures.
• Maintain equipment and tools.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
