GP Advertising, the retail advertising agency for Harvey Norman in Australia, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst based at Homebush West. You will ensure content and production processes remain compliant, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and help manage deadlines across multiple campaigns.

Reporting to the Account Manager, you will oversee copywriters and designers, handle changes, and support the team to deliver timely results in a dynamic, global organisation.

Competenze

• Experience in advertising production with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven communication skills with a diverse range of business units.
• Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Liaising with internal staff, business units and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining and updating files as required.
