Job summary

Clear Smiles Orthodontics on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly front-desk all-rounder to join our busy practice. You will greet patients, manage phone, email and in-person inquiries, and assist with scheduling and records.

You’ll work with a large team and support the clinical staff to keep operations smooth. Ideal candidates are customer-focused with strong communication, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Invisalign exposure and AHPRA registration with X-ray license are a plus.

We offer a very competitive remuneration package.

• Qualified Oral Health Therapist or prior experience would be great, but if you are genuinely interested in Orthodontics and the Invisalign system, then this is the place for you. We do around 700 Invisalign cases per year.
• You will work under the direction of Dr Steven Semaan, who will provide you with all the training you need to excel in the role.
• Be a team player and able to work in a large team environment.
• Confidence in all aspects of Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy.
• Have current registration with AHPRA, and a license to operate X-ray equipment.
• Have a sense of humour and want to be a part of the team.

We are looking for someonewho has a great chair side manner and is confident in relating to patients of all ages, especially children given the majority of our patients are young teens.
