Job summary
Super Retail Group is seeking an experienced Change, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement lead to drive readiness and adoption across a major enterprise transformation. You'll partner with leaders and project teams to shape strategies that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
You will design compelling communications, run workshops, assess impact, and align activities with program milestones, while ensuring a positive employee experience across our retail and technology domains.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading change and communications across large transformation programs.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and building trusted relationships.
- Ability to align change activities with program roadmaps and deliveries.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with SAP, ERP modernisation, cloud migration in retail or FMCG.
Responsibilities
- Shape the Change Journey with integrated strategies for adoption.
- Lead stakeholder, impact and readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with PMs, business leaders and SMEs to align activities.
- Design and deliver communications, leadership messaging, toolkits.
- Drive readiness activities and workshops.
- Monitor adoption and sustain improvements post go-live.
