Job summary
Optus is seeking a Consulting Architect to partner with senior leaders across banking, insurance, and government sectors to design enterprise-wide technology strategies that transform businesses. You will translate complex challenges into innovative, commercially viable technology solutions spanning ICT, cloud, security and digital transformation.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in ICT and telecommunications, with enterprise consulting in Financial Services and/or Telecommunications.
- Proven capability in developing long-term customer relationships and strategic roadmaps.
- Advanced commercial and contract understanding, including PSOWs, Work Orders, pricing models and ROI analysis.
- Strong track record leading bid responses (RFPs/RFIs/RFTs) and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, across strategic accounts within banking, insurance, and government sectors.
- Lead development of enterprise technology strategies, roadmaps and transformation programs across ICT, cloud, security and managed services.
- Own end-to-end solution design and major engagements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to develop proposals, bids, tenders and tailored solutions.
- Drive thought leadership through market insights and trends, partnering with customers, vendors, product teams and engineering stakeholders.
- Act as the primary link between sales, product, engineering and delivery teams to ensure robust, commercially sound solutions and delivery.
