Job summary

Optus is seeking a Consulting Architect to partner with senior leaders across banking, insurance, and government sectors to design and deliver enterprise-wide technology strategies that drive business transformation.

You will translate complex challenges into innovative, commercially sound technology solutions, leading bids and major transformation programs while building executive relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in Telecommunications or Information Technology with relevant vendor certifications.
Experience providing enterprise ICT architecture for large customers.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to craft business cases and ROI analyses.
Proven track record leading bid responses (RFPs/RFIs/RFTs) and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, including C-suite, across strategic accounts.
Lead enterprise technology strategies, roadmaps and transformation programs.
Own end-to-end solution design and major customer engagements; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
Drive market insights and shape strategic technology direction with customers and partners.
Act as the bridge between sales, product, engineering and delivery to ensure robust, commercial solutions.
