Job summary

Verkada Inc. is expanding its Sydney JAPAC team and seeks a Technical Support Engineer to resolve complex issues across Verkada's product suite.

You will be the go-to person for challenging problems, investigate environments, and collaborate with Engineering to drive bug fixes and product improvements. On-site five days per week, you will guide customers through installation, configuration, and best practices while developing knowledge base articles and scalable support tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Networking, CS, EE, etc.).
• Experience with networking and IT infrastructure desired.
• Proficient communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from creation to resolution.
• Troubleshoot across the Verkada platform (network, hardware, software).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs.
• Write knowledge-base articles and whitepapers.
