Verkada is expanding rapidly in Sydney and the JAPAC region. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our elite team of engineers serving our growing base of enterprise customers.

This high-impact role centers on owning and resolving challenging issues across the entire suite of Verkada products, acting as customers' go-to person for difficult problems, and providing crucial support. Your responsibilities will involve diving deep into intricate customer environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals.
• Experience with Linux, APIs, Python is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters both orally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack troubleshooting of the Verka da platform including network, hardware, software, and electrical issues.
• Provide best practice design, installation, and configuration expertise to enterprise customers.
• Communicate technical matters to customers both orally and in writing.
• Own customer issues from creation to resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs.
• Write technical knowledge base articles and whitepapers.
• Staying up to date on the latest products and industry technologies.
• Build tools and processes that will scale.
