Blitzy, a bold AI software platform, seeks a Strategy & Operations leader to partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executives to quantify modernization opportunities and drive growth across the business. You will build executive-level business cases, measure outcomes, and identify expansion areas while guiding GTM planning and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy Consulting, Business Ops, Corporate Strategy, or related analytics role.
• Experience building executive-level business cases and financial models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, SDLC, AI, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence executives.
• Synthesizing technical, operational, and financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Cross-functional work in high-growth tech organizations.
• Strong analytics: financial modeling, scenario planning, business performance.
• Comfort with fast-paced, autonomous environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales and Solutions to accelerate deal success.
• Build business cases quantifying modernization impact and ROI.
• Engage executives to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Develop ROI models and executive presentations for decisions.
• Measure outcomes post-deployment and identify expansion opportunities.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value for leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM on strategic initiatives.
• Support annual planning, market analysis, and executive reviews.
• Create internal playbooks and collateral to improve sales and delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable fixes.
