The City of Casey is seeking a Risk Management Advisor to support enterprise risk management, insurance, claims and business continuity across the Council. You'll partner with a diverse range of stakeholders and help strengthen risk practices.

This role is based at Bunjil Place in Melbourne's southeast, with hybrid and flexible working options to suit work–life balance while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a risk, insurance, claims or related administration environment.
• Strong analytical, research and written communication skills; ability to prepare objective reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence to build productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-driven; able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute positively within a collaborative team.
• National Criminal History Check, Right to Work and Working With Children Check.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage public liability, motor vehicle and general insurance claims.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management framework.
• Maintain and enhance the Corporate Risk Register and contribute to risk reporting.
• Support business continuity planning and improvement initiatives across Council.
• Provide advice, training and support to stakeholders on risk, insurance and business continuity matters.
