Ambition is seeking a Technical Product Owner to own client-facing applications within a mature infrastructure environment, working directly with senior stakeholders to shape the roadmap and backlog for key platforms.

The role focuses on governance, automation, and API integrations, balancing stability with continuous improvement while coordinating with vendors to minimise business disruption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning business-critical applications.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration with senior leadership.
• Hands-on with automation and integration tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, SQL, APIs).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical performance, stability and integrity of client-facing applications and portals.
• Define roadmaps and backlogs for key business applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align system capability with priorities.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Oversee integrations and APIs between core systems.
• Assess the current environment to determine what needs to be built or changed, and deliver it.
• Manage databases and SQL to support reporting and data integrity.
• Ensure governance, security and audit compliance for applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners on changes with minimal disruption.
• Provide direction and prioritisation across initiatives to maximise business value and adoption.
