Job summary

Keypath Education is seeking a Product Owner to link business strategy with engineering execution across our platforms. You will own the backlog, define epics and user stories, and drive agile delivery to maximise business value while balancing operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Genesys Cloud CX, ensuring secure, scalable and user-friendly solutions that support growth, efficiency and excellent user experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in Product Owner/Delivery roles in software teams.
Experience prioritising backlogs in an Agile environment.
Translate business needs into delivery-ready user stories and specs.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
Technical knowledge enabling collaboration with engineers on APIs and data flows.

Responsibilities

Own, maintain and prioritise the product backlog across platforms.
Translate goals and feedback into epics, features, stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Collaborate with engineers, architects and stakeholders to evaluate options.
Ensure security, privacy, performance and operability requirements are met.
Provide visibility of delivery progress, risks and dependencies to leadership.
Coordinate UAT, release readiness and handover activities.
Act as SME for supported platforms, expanding knowledge across systems.
