Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Procurement Manager for our Sourcing and Procurement team in Sydney. You will lead strategic procurement initiatives across APAC, EMEA and AMER, driving vendor governance and contract governance with strong compliance oversight.

You will report to the Head of Sourcing, manage direct/indirect reports, and bas e at the Sydney CBD office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Strong negotiation and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic procurement and vendor governance.
• Global/multi-region sourcing experience with complex projects.
• Advanced contract negotiations and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual procurement strategy and category plans across regions.
• Lead strategic sourcing, market analysis, tendering, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee vendor performance management with scorecards and KPI tracking.
• Manage centralized contract governance, compliance monitoring and escalations.
• Conduct annual vendor audits, insurance renewals, and modern slavery reporting.
• Implement process improvements and automation for reporting accuracy.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with Atlassian and JLL leadership.
• Lead and develop procurement teams across APAC, EMEA, AMER; travel as needed.
