Job summary

Konnexus is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our growing data and analytics environment. This hands-on role covers semantic modeling, DAX, RLS, Power BI administration and performance optimization, taking solutions from requirements through to production.

You will design end-to-end BI solutions across multiple areas, work with stakeholders to translate reporting needs, build complex semantic models, and develop interactive dashboards and KPI scorecards that drive business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience in large enterprises.
• End-to-end Power BI project delivery from requirements to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of semantic models and star schemas.
• Experience with RLS and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions across multiple areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements.
• Build enterprise semantic models with relationships, measures, hierarchies.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards.
• Write advanced DAX and optimize models for performance.
• Design and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) across user groups.
• Assist Power BI administration including workspaces and refresh schedules.
• Work with data engineers to ensure data models fit reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across the Power BI environment.
• Improve development standards, governance and reporting consistency.
