Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. You will focus on building robust data models, developing automated dashboards, and transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights for business decisions.

Key responsibilities include designing dashboards, modelling data, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI including report development, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets such as log, audit, or transactional data.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based data integration solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
• Build and optimise data models, datasets, and data pipelines to support automated refresh and reporting.
• Research, analyse, document, and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
